By booking or participating in any of our ATV tours, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are handled directly via WhatsApp for fast confirmation and flexible arrangements.

To book a tour:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp
  2. Choose your tour duration (1h / 2h / 3h)
  3. Select your preferred date and pickup schedule
  4. Receive confirmation from our team

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The deposit is paid online via a secure payment link (Stripe).
  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour (cash or agreed method).

Your booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • ✅ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
  • ❌ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are considered late cancellations
  • In case of late cancellation, the company keeps the deposit

No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Weather & Safety Conditions

Tours operate in outdoor jungle and mountain conditions.
For safety reasons, we may cancel or reschedule tours due to:

  • Heavy rain
  • Unsafe trail conditions
  • Extreme weather

If the tour is cancelled by us, you may choose:

  • A full refund of the deposit
  • Or rescheduling to another available date

6. Participation Requirements

To ensure safety, all participants must:

  • Follow the guide’s instructions at all times
  • Stay on designated paths
  • Drive responsibly and respectfully

Drivers must not operate the ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Trail Blazers reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving dangerously.

7. Liability Disclaimer

ATV riding involves inherent risks.

By joining the tour, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate at your own responsibility
  • Trail Blazers is not liable for accidents caused by reckless driving or failure to follow instructions
  • Any damage caused by a participant may result in financial responsibility

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

8. Pickup Service

Hotel pickup is available in most areas of Koh Samui, including:

  • Maenam
  • Bophut
  • Chaweng
  • Lamai
  • Choeng Mon

Pickup times depend on your location and selected schedule.

Please be ready at least 10 minutes before pickup time.

9. Photos & Marketing Use

During the tour, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing content, please inform us in advance.
